A woman went to the hospital early Saturday following gunfire near a Toledo street corner, police say. The incident left the victim with gunshot wounds to both of her legs. Officers responded to the scene to investigate the early morning event.
The victim reported being near Dorr and Hawley streets around 6:10 a.m. Unknown people shot at her from inside a car. She was struck in both shins during the incident.
Someone drove her to the hospital in a personal vehicle, according to TPD. No suspects were identified by investigators. Police could not provide descriptions.
