Alyssa Kiszella had Toledo felonious assault charge dropped after victim failed to appear in court
A felonious assault charge against Alyssa Kiszella was dropped in Toledo after the victim failed to appear in court. Court filings show prosecutors moved to dismiss the case on Sept. 17, two days after the victim failed to show.
Kiszella, 34, had been charged in the Aug. 18 stabbing of a 39-year-old man in the 2300 block of Eastgate.
Police responded to the area just before noon and found the man stabbed in the back. He told officers that Kiszella had stabbed him during an argument.
The victim was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The court docket said the victim failed to show twice.
